San Francisco Complaint Department

The Complaint Department is a public service intervention. The public will be invited to complain directly to the Department Manager. All complaints will be recorded and the universe will be notified through the San Francisco Complaint Department twitter feed ( http://twitter.com/sfcomplaintdept ). The Complaint Department serves the public by providing a safe place for ranting, whining, venting, and complaining in general. All complaints will be filed confidentially, and posted anonymously.
