Almost Free Pie

I put this ad on craigslist:

I’m interested in meeting new people in my neighborhood (or close to it!), young or old, of any background.

I would like to bake you a pie and take it to your house, where we can eat a slice and visit for a while, like people used to do back in the day. I am collecting stories and photographs for a book I’m making about the lives of people I meet.

I’m also interested in getting to know the people who live around me, and cultivating some small town hospitality in this little corner of the city. I’m pretty good at making pies, and I’m definitely willing to take requests (sweet or savory!), or adapt to your dietary constraints.
